1. Standard Turnaround: 4–24 hours
2. Rush Turnaround: 2–8 hours

All completed files will be sent directly to your provided email address. Please ensure your email is accurate to avoid delivery issues.

Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with the final result, you may request a refund by providing a valid reason along with supporting evidence (such as sew-out pictures or videos). Each refund request will be carefully reviewed.

Please note that refunds are not available for:

1. Incorrect information provided during order submission
2. Minor adjustments that can be revised free of charge
